Established in March 2019, the Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association (IDEA) serves as a pivotal platform dedicated to elevating Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by fostering opportunities in employment and entrepreneurship.
IDEA is driven by the belief that every individual, irrespective of ability, has the inherent right to self-reliance and self-sufficiency. Our mission is to enable individuals to fulfill their basic needs and flourish with the autonomy to shape their own destinies.
We facilitate vocational opportunities by collaborating with various business firms and government initiatives, channelizing resources to create a supportive ecosystem for PwDs seeking employment and entrepreneurial ventures.

Nearly 50% of total PwDs in India (1.34 crores) are in the employable age of 15 to 59 years, Over 70% of this population remains unemployed and seeks an opportunity to be gainfully employed.
