DHAN - Divyangjan Hunar Atma Nirbhar Network : A Self-Empowerment Fund for PWD Entrepreneurs

IDEA, through DHAN, aims to establish a Microfinance ecosystem to nurture and support its vision of fostering an entrepreneurial ecosystem for PWDs. The DHAN campaign introduces the age-old custom of piggy banks, motivating seed grantees to save at least 5% of their earnings in the Gullak (piggy bank). The funds accumulated in the Piggy Bank are then used to support PwDs aspiring to become entrepreneurs.

DHAN Campaign Objectives:

1. Microfinance Ecosystem: Establishing a Microfinance ecosystem to nurture and support PWD entrepreneurs.
2. Peer-to-Peer Lending: Creating and motivating peer-to-peer lending among PWD entrepreneurs through crowdfunding campaigns.
3. Support and Infrastructure: Providing support and infrastructure to the untapped potential within the PWD community aged 15-59.

        DHAN Support Models

1. Product-Based Support: Pre-order products made by IDEA's divyangjan entrepreneurs or those located near you. Share pictures/stories of divyangjan entrepreneurs you are supporting.
2. Service-Based Support: Donate money ranging between Rs. 500- Rs 10,000 to support divyangjan entrepreneurs providing services through their CSC centers, mobile repairing shops, and other small service setups.
3. Adopt a Business:
   • Swarozgar (Rs. 10,000 - 30,000)
   • Laghu-Udhyami (Rs. 30,000 - 80,000)
   • Udhyami (Rs. 80,000 - 1.5 Lakh)
